Click on the "Continue" link enclosed in a green box where you will be redirected to another page where you will answer your security question. (NOTE: You can only reset your password if you have completed these two processes.)
6. If you have successfully reset you online ID and password, you are now required to use and remember these informations for an easy access on your next Regions Online login attempts.
